Multi-Suite Office Building Renovation

Greater Sacramento AreaCompleted 2025–2026

A full interior renovation of a multi-suite commercial building — gutted to the studs and rebuilt with modern offices, kitchenettes, reception areas, and code-compliant common spaces.

Scope of Work

  • Interior demolition down to stud framing in multiple suites
  • New drywall, paint, and accent walls throughout
  • Wood-look LVP flooring across offices and corridors
  • Staircases rebuilt with metal railings and wood-look treads
  • Suite kitchenettes with shaker cabinets and granite-look counters
  • Reception areas with built-in desks and accent lighting
  • Open office areas with conference rooms
  • Exit signage, fire safety, and ADA-compliant fixtures

About This Project

This was a phased, building-wide interior renovation: multiple suites taken down to stud framing and rebuilt as modern office space. The before photos show the scale honestly — hanging ceiling wires, gutted corridors, and dated finishes throughout.

The rebuild standardized the building on durable commercial finishes: wood-look LVP flooring, black baseboards, recessed lighting, and bold accent walls that give each suite its own identity. Common areas got the same attention as the suites — staircases were rebuilt with metal railings and wood-look treads, and suites received kitchenettes with shaker cabinets and granite-look counters.

Commercial work is as much about compliance as finishes: exit signage, fire-safety equipment, and ADA-compliant fixtures run throughout the building, and the phased schedule kept portions of the building usable while work progressed floor by floor.
